EX-IN stands for Experienced Involvement and means including people who have experienced mental illness. EX-IN staff members use their own experiences with mental illness and the shared knowledge gained in EX-IN training to engage in dialogue with both staff and clients. With their professional, social, and personal skills, EX-IN staff members contribute to team forums and working groups and participate in the political work of the LOK association to improve the situation of people with mental illness.
