Open dialogue / "There is no single truth, and everyone is an expert" – Open dialogue within the LOK association
The LOK association uses, among other methods, the Open Dialogue approach. This involves a type of dialogue in which all voices are heard and considered equal. This broadens perspectives and opens up diverse possibilities for action.
The so-called network dialogue is about transparency and listening to different voices and perspectives in the moment. There is no judgment or know-it-all attitude; rather, the goal is to find a common language. The network dialogue is moderated by trained individuals. The aim is to listen respectfully to the feelings, needs, and viewpoints of all participants and to develop and implement solutions together through dialogue.
